All drivers (new and old) will be kept educated on all current FedEx Safety Systems and safe DOT driving standards.
Only terminal to terminal driving, 100% drop & hook, home two days every week.

Management have one on one communication with drivers on regular basis to maintain safety standards and improve work environment etc.
Through different channels, like American Truck School in Redding, Northwest Transportation constantly works to recruit and train qualified, reliable and highly motivated drivers. Northwest Transportation wants to be known for their good work environment and avoid unnecessary driver turnover.
Have a full time driver supervisor to train in all facets of Northwest Transportation Inc relating to safety, DOT standards and maintenance.
Compensation
- Starting at $.75.5 per mile split (team)
- Additional .02 cents per mile safety bonus
- New tractors, 2020 or newer Volvos and Freightliners

- 40 hours of vacation front-loaded at 6 month anniversary, then 80 hours at anniversary date of years 1-4 and 120 hours at anniversary of years 5-15.

Driver requirements
- Northwest Transportation Inc will only hire qualified drivers.
- Qualified applicants must have a clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the past 3 years, clean background check and pass drug test.
- Experience required: 1 year driving experience in the past 3 years or 5 years in the past 10 years
- Required license or certification: CDL Class A with Double Endorsement
